The following procedures and payment policy is applicable to all properties listed on ApplefieldHouses.com. Including all Family Rentals, Whitfield House, Milford House, & Park Place.
Payment Policy:
Payment may be made by check or credit card (preferably MasterCard or Visa).
A deposit of 50% is needed at the time of reservation to hold the property.
If payment is made by credit card, it will be charged to your card immediately.
If payment is made by check, we would need to receive it within two weeks.
The balance is due by
May 1.
Reservations made after May 1 must be paid in full at time of reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations prior to May 1 will receive a full refund less a $50 cancellation fee.
Cancellations after May 1 will receive no refund unless the property is re-rented. In that case a refund will be made less a $50 cancellation fee.

After 5:00 p.m. on Friday
Check Out:
Before 10 a.m. on the following Friday
If you should need to “bend the rules” a little, please give us a call.
We will attempt to accommodate you if at all possible.
